Whistle Blower Policy

The Whistle Blower Policy gives employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders a channel to report genuine concerns about unethical behaviour, actual or suspected fraud, or violation of the Company's code of conduct.

How your report is handled

Reports submitted through this form go directly to the Managing Director's office, at sanjay@ardentsteel.com and kanav@ardentsteel.com. They are not routed through any other department.
You may also write to either address directly, or send a letter marked "Confidential: Whistle Blower" to the corporate office at Keonjhar.
Reports may be made anonymously. Where contact details are given, they are kept confidential and used only to seek clarification.
Every report is reviewed, and where required investigated, under the Whistle Blower Policy. Anyone who reports a concern in good faith is protected from retaliation.
